This role offers comprehensive training in vehicle coordination and yard management, supported by an exceptional company culture.

• No Experience Required: We provide full, comprehensive training on all systems and yard processes—your success is our priority!

• Great Hours: Consistent Monday to Friday roster, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with regular overtime available 💰.

• Competitive Pay: Attractive entry-level rate of $34/hr plus overtime.

Your Key Role Responsibilities:

You will be the core link between client services and vehicle movements, focusing on coordination and physical yard support for CARS:

• Vehicle Coordination: Liaising with internal teams to coordinate pick-up and delivery times for cars and other road vehicles.

• Manual Driving: Operating various types of company vehicles around the yard and facilitating short transports, requiring proficiency with a Manual Transmission.

• Yard Management: Performing general yard duties, including organizing, parking, washing, and preparing cars for dispatch or service.

• Booking Support: Assisting with basic administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records related to vehicle movements.

What We're Looking For:

We need candidates with the right foundation for success and essential driving skills:

• Manual Driver's Licence is ESSENTIAL. 🚦 You must be confident operating various vehicles with a manual transmission.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• A proactive "can-do" attitude and a commitment to learning.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Physically fit for general yard and manual handling duties.
